Beginning next week, we're implementing a new operating system that will unify systems across the Neumann Gruppe USA companies — Atlas Coffee Importers,InterAmerican Coffee, and Rothfos. This project has been underway for over a year, and we have done everything possible before the launch to minimize any disruption to our customers.
However, as anyone who has been through a major software transition knows, there are always some kinks to work out after going live. We are sharing this news to ask for some extra patience during the week of March 10th as we are moving our full processes to the new system. In the first few days, we may be unable to accommodate rush orders or special requests. You will also notice updates to the look of our contracts and documents. Lastly, automatic offer lists and position reports will be paused for the first few weeks. We are always happy to send either on demand, so please reach out to request as needed.
